Network Engineer: Develop, implement, and administration of Centrix IP network to include routing and encryption with Tac Lanes. Provide end user connectivity to various buildings. Requires knowledge of General Dynamics Tac Lane configurations, COMSEC keying, switching, tunneling, and static routing. Maintain, update, and administration of Cisco Call Manager server and Cisco voice gateway router. Position requires knowledge of Cisco VoIP technologies with IP phones and configuration of them. Also requires knowledge of network STIGS including VoIP and best practices. Support 101st Division and related brigades with IP connectivity of SIPRNet with General Dynamics TAC LANES and Harris SECNET 54. Maintain IP database of IP address space. Provide IP ranges to brigades for data and voice VLAN’s. Create routing tables and network security rules. Also troubleshoot user problems and netowork issues. Worked with Norton Anti-Virus servers to push virus definitions to the users systems. Worked with setting up a File server so that users could save data to one location to better assist daily performance. Hands on experience with network configurations and troubleshooting to inhance network performance.
